Recently we sent our first device to you folks for repair. ...I am glad to say that things worked out perfectly. The repair proved to be most cost effective. Communication was exceptional and your work seems to have resolved the issue. As a new PillowTop Speaker is about $500.00, a $75.00 repair was a great deal. You did what you said you would do, when you said you would do it and charged me what you said you would charge me. Thank you! At this time, we don't have a great deal of work for you, but be assured that when the circumstance presents itself, I will most certainly turn to you folks again.

We had a big electrical storm that took out our Danfoss Magflo meters at our water treatment plant. These meters are critical to our operation and would be very difficult to replace. I found out that they were not being made any more, and the factory is no longer in business in the continental U.S. We started looking at full replacement of both units when searching the internet, I caught a link to Providence Industrial Electronic repair. I called them on the phone and talked to a very knowledgeable technician who understood what I had, and assured me they could fix it.

They quoted me a price on the spot I sent them the Danfoss Registers and the manuals I had for them. They were able to fix them, test them, clean them, and sent them back in great time for that quote. I installed them and they have been working great for a year. Providence saved us lots of money and time and got us back to working order. They were excellent to work with and a pleasure to do business with.
